GK: Erica Rhodes is with us who the network has named as my successor as host of the show good to see you how's everything?

ER: It's really really good. I am just feeling like I'm in a really really good place right now. Getting a lot of good feedback about the changes we want to make here and I'm putting together an entourage and trying to get good people around me who can help me take the show to the next level.

GK: The next level, huh? What would that be?

ER: We want to break through the fourth wall and do radio in 3-D rather than flat radio so that there's this direct energy flow back and forth instead of just one way. Circularity.

GK: So it's going to be pretty different then

ER: Don't misunderstand. We couldn't take it to the next level if you hadn't brought it to this point we are taller for standing on the shoulders of those who've gone before I mean, the show is what it is and that's all good and all we want to do is bring the pace up. Make it more interactive. Bring it to a point where people under 50 are aware of it.

GK: What does that mean, interactive?

ER: It means inclusivity you know? you've heard of Flitter

GK: Flitter?

ER: Right. You've heard of it.

GK: Sure.

ER: So you know that Flitter is a total breakthrough so that instead of linear broadcasting, what you're doing now, we incorporate Flitter and that brings in circular simultaneity. Right?

GK: Sure.

ER: So there'll be music but there'll be social networking and chatting and texting and compassing you know about compassing, right?

GK: Sure.

ER: Would you listen to something and give me your opinion? Honestly?

GK: Sure.

ER: Tell me the truth, okay? This is the new theme song.

ER: Oh.

GK: I just like it. I think it's right for you.

ER: Say can I ask you something? Is that little tiny room up at the top of the stairs your dressing room?

GK: Yes.

ER: So that'd be my dressing room?

GK: I guess so.

ER: Do you share that with somebody?

GK: It's a public restroom.

ER: Uh huh. So you share it with a lot of people.....

GK: It's an interactive dressing room. There's a circularity there, people coming, going, leaving......

ER: Okay. Thanks.

GK: Thank you.
