GK: It's summer, people-- winter is over -- we're done with the agonized introspection (TR DARK NORWEGIAN, WOLF HOWLS), the gloom (BASS GRUMBLES), the drama--(TR BURTON: To be or not to be, or to almost be, or to be for a while--)

That's over now -- it's summer (BIRDS)-- the lilacs are in bloom (SS SOPRANO), and it's time to lighten up. Life is action.

GK: You need to get outside and get that blood moving (TENNIS, PANTING)--work up a sweat (HEARTBEAT) -- time to grab life by the neck and shake it hard (SHAKING). Take a quick run (RUNNING), and then a few miles on a bike (BIKE), and swim across the bay (SWIMMING), if you get tired the dolphins will help you (DOLPHINS). Throw a javelin. (JAVELIN THROW).

GK: If you lack self-motivation, go get yourself a large dog with special exercise needs (DOG BAWLS, SNIFFS). Just put the leash on (TAGS JINGLE), open the door (DOOR OPENS, DOG TAKES OFF, FN GETS DRAGGED DOWN STREET) and there's your workout right there. Or you could go out and find a hornet's nest and hit it with a stick (THUMP, BEES COME RUSHING OUT)--now run-run! (RUNNING, PANTING)--
GK: A lot of adrenaline pumping there, and that means you'll be in a great mood. Because it's summer. Time to get outside and move it. (BEES, MAN RUNS, OFF).
