...brought to you by the West St. Paul Chamber of Commerce ---- West St. Paul, formerly known as "Minneapolis" ----- a city on the move. --- (GRAND SWEEP OF HISTORY THEME)-----

TR (VOICE OF TIME ANNOUNCER): Founded many years ago by people from somewhere, we're not quite sure, over the course of time, our neighbor city to the west has become a pleasant and thriving community with many urban amenities such as streets and stop signs. Grocery stores are open all day and into the evening. Parks are provided for recreation, and thousands of the children attend school on a regular basis. A newspaper is published every day and home delivery is offered. Mail is also delivered. Garbage is picked up in large trucks and carried to a site and dumped there. The latest Hollywood movies are shown in spacious theaters. Before or after a movie, one may also enjoy a meal in any one of dozens of restaurants, including American and Canadian cuisines and the popular Scottish cuisine of McDonalds. A Prairie Home Companion is pleased to salute West St. Paul, formerly known as Minneapolis, our neighbor to the West! (MUSIC BUTTONS) ----GK: Thank you, Tim Russell! -------
