GK: This week, the Galaxy 4 satellite went kaput that transmits our show to your local station and this week we've had to rig up a makeshift system using old CB base units, several thousand feet of ten-pound fishing line, and a box kite that is flying ove r Scottsbluff, Nebraska, so if the signal you receive isn't what you're used to ---- (PD GUITAR RUN AND MISTAKE) ----- if the signal doesn't seem as clear ---- (TK JOWLY MAN SPEAK) ---- if our music doesn't quite have the audio range it had in the past (M ARIA SINGS AND SUSTAINS A VERY FLAT NOTE) ---- please understand: this is due to technical problems beyond our control. We're doing the best we can.

TR (LOW VOICE, SINKING, AS IF TAPE SLOWING): We're doing the best we can.

GK: If the signal sounds poor, try hitting your radio on the right hand side, if you're right-handed, or on the left if you're not. If the signal is still poor., it's probably due to air turbulence over Scottsbluff. Thank you for your patience.
